A few tips to help make your wedding photos great:

choose a venue with white walls and tons of natural light. Large windows are ideal. This will give you clean, elegant indoor photos. avoid orange tinted wooden walls, as they will cast that particular color onto everything.

if you're getting married inside a church, understand that your photographer will be subject to whatever indoor lighting your church sanctuary has.

outdoor photos will give you more natural, dreamy light, so i encourage many outdoor photos on your wedding day. 

keep your bridal suite + groom suite getting ready areas clean! clutter doesn't look good in photos. once you're finished with hair + makeup, have your wedding party tidy up all clothing pieces, gadgets, bags & shoes, and trash! This way, your space is nice for cute matching robe shots and other getting ready moments.

invest in a florist. Flowers seriously elevate your photos!

twinkle/fairy lights look great in evening photos. clusters of Candles look nice, so if you have a low floral budget, invest in candles on your tables.
